1. I give Maritzburg Cubs consent to access, process and use my information for the purposes of security and administrative procedures specific to Maritzburg Cubs programmes and events.2. I acknowledge that I have familiarised myself with the nature and extent of the Sport and the risks and dangers to which I may be exposed as a result of my participation in the Sport.3. I indemnify and keep indemnified Maritzburg Cubs and/or its employees and/or agents against all injury, loss, damage, costs and/or expenses which I and/or any other person may sustain or incur as a result of my participation in the Sport.4. I agree not to hold Maritzburg Cubs and/or its employees and/or agents liable for any injury, loss, damage, costs and/or expenses which I may sustain or incur as a result of my participation in the Sport.5. I agree to allow Maritzburg Cubs to use any images or videos taken at events or training for marketing purposes such as flyers or to be posted on Maritzburg Cubs social media platforms.
