Cubs runs two dedicated programs every Sunday. Each session is coach-led, structured, and focused on age-appropriate skill development.

Dribble control, crossovers, pull-backs — building confidence with the ball.

Stance, release, follow-through — shot fundamentals that hold under pressure.

Footwork & Defence
Lateral movement, defensive stance, help-side positioning.

Conditioning
Fitness built through basketball — sprints, agility drills, and structured scrimmages.
Players must arrive with: basketball shoes (no sandals or school shoes), a water bottle, and appropriate training attire. All players must be registered before attending their first session.
